How does counselling help?
Counselling provides a safe, non-judgemental environment in which you can explore feelings and issues that are concerning you. Through careful listening, the counsellor will help you to understand things more clearly and possibly see things in a different light.

The number of sessions will vary depending on each individual and will be discussed at the first session and reviewed at six weeks and then at regular intervals thereafter.

What happens if I miss my appointment?
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments otherwise the full fee is still payable.
